On May 14, 2026, the McLaran Leadership Foundation, in partnership with Salem-Keizer Public Schools and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, will host the 27th Annual Crystal Apple Awards! This proud tradition is our community’s annual opportunity to recognize excellence in local education and the individual educators, administrators, and staff professionals who make our schools and classrooms better places to learn.
